Not What You Expected?

Ahh Suga is confident you will love everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, return the unused portion within 30 days from the ship date.

We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.

To start a return, you can contact us at ahhsugascrubs@gmail.com. Once the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without sent requesting first will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at ahhsugascrubs@gmail.com for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Remember to check all ingredients before your purchase to ensure you are not allergic to any ingredients used in our products. Refunds will not apply due to allergic reactions. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund approval. Upon approval, a refund goes to the original payment method. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
